Delivery – UK Addresses

Please allow 5 working days for Delivery
All orders are picked, packed and sent within 3-4 days of receipt.
Orders for single kits are sent using Royal Mail 1kg ‘Signed for’ 24 hour service. All parcels need to be signed for on receipt.
Orders for more than 1 kit are sent using APC (up to 5kg) overnight service. This service also requires a signature when delivered.
Online tracking and online Proof of Delivery is available for all orders. The online information is updated every 5 minutes.
If for any reason there is nobody present when delivery is attempted a card will be left for the intended recipient. Your Parcel will be taken to your local depot (or post office for smaller parcels) and you can arrange collection
If the parcel is not collected within 5 days it is returned to the senders.

Please Allow 10 working days for Delivery
Customers in Ireland please allow an additional 2/3 days for delivery.
We can deliver to anywhere in Europe within 10 days from the date of order.
We use APC for several destinations but find DHL to be more efficient for particular addresses in France, Ireland and Italy.
All parcels have online tracking facility. Your consignment will require a signature on delivery.
Prices for delivery are subject to the number of boxes and the destination.
All prices are very competitive. We send a large number of parcels all over the UK and Europe and as a result we pay competitive rates.
The prices we pay are simply passed on.
