Delivery \u2013 UK Addresses<\/strong><\/h1>\n

  • Please allow 5 working days for Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • All orders are picked,\u00a0 packed and sent within 3-4 days of receipt.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Orders for single kits are sent using Royal Mail 1kg \u2018Signed for\u2019 24 hour service. All parcels need to be signed for on receipt.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Orders for more than 1 kit are sent using APC (up to 5kg) overnight service. This service also requires a signature when delivered.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Online tracking and online Proof of Delivery is available for all orders. The online information is updated every 5 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • If for any reason there is nobody present when delivery is attempted a card will be left for the intended recipient. Your Parcel will be taken to your local depot (or post office for smaller parcels) and you can arrange collection<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • If the parcel is not collected within 5 days it is returned to the senders.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Please Allow 10 working days for Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Customers in Ireland please allow an additional 2\/3 days for delivery.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • We can deliver to anywhere in Europe within 10 days from the date of order.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • We use APC for several destinations but find DHL to be more efficient for particular addresses in France, Ireland and Italy.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • All parcels have online tracking facility. Your consignment will require a signature on delivery.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Prices for delivery are subject to the number of boxes and the destination.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • All prices are very competitive. We send a large number of parcels all over the UK and Europe and as a result we pay competitive rates.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • The prices we pay are simply passed on.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
