Delivery – UK Addresses

• Please allow 5 – 7 working days for Delivery
• All orders are picked,  packed and sent within 4-5 days of receipt.
• Orders are sent using ParcelForce ‘Signed for’ 24 hour service. All parcels need to be signed for on receipt.
• Online tracking and online Proof of Delivery is available for all orders. The online information is updated every 5 minutes.
• If for any reason there is nobody present when delivery is attempted a card will be left for the intended recipient. Your Parcel will be taken to your local depot (or post office for smaller parcels) and you can arrange collection
• If the parcel is not collected within 5 days it is returned to the senders.
